My Two Cents - Guest Post Nathalie Morin

“Why allow the doubts to corrupt our mind, our ideas, and paralyze our deepest self?

It’s such a déjà vu… you have a passion you want badly to go for, but you hesitate, not knowing how it will be perceived, how it will go. the driven thoughts start to fade, replaced slowly by the sneaky sweats of hesitation. thoughts begin to change by the categoric certainty that it won’t work, that you will be turned down, that you will fail… all this in an instant, the fraction of a second.

Then we give up. We don’t pursue our dreams, our passions, our needs. We fill our mind and soul with ideas that are destructive. We simply don’t think. We become paralyzed.

There is a way to break the pattern… refuse it. Refuse to be held hostage of these thoughts that you are not worthy of enjoying life with a smile on your face, have it the way you want, and over all, feel free to achieve what you want.
How to do it? Simply embrace the idea that you have all you need within you to make it happen. Ask the Universe to guide you, provide you with the energy to fuel your journey, eat it, want it, feel it happen to the very core of yourself. How could you be refused if you put your own energy in it? You might be challenged, but that’s ok. Pause for a moment. Learn what needs to be learned to continue and move on. Understand it and get back on track…

Oh… and another detail that is important. Put exactly this in your mind. Repeat it as a motto… “believe persist, achieve”: believe in yourself and your capability to do what you want and need at the same time and that the universe will provide. Persist and refuse to give up. Keep in mind your goal and work at it, gently, with love. Achieve what you were dreaming about, savor the success, and use this to soar and repeat again for the next challenge… “believe, persist, achieve”. There is no other way.”
